2023 is here and our team has been busy, the rain has disappeared for the moment, enabling us to get out in the fields, to make sure our precious animals can get water.
Exciting news is Brendan Hammond is coming into his 30th year at Water Supply Specialists, the number of farms he has worked on, and his knowledge is invaluable. Congratulations Brendan! Brendan is supported by Chris, our newest member to the team as an outside field assistant, who has adapted to the job very well.
Owner Jack Barclay is also back out in the fields and specialises in the latest technology in particular for Solar Pumps and Garden Irrigation, setting aside Fridays for onsite visits for advice and quoting.
Tom Fitzgerald is in the workshop for all your pump repairs and is under the pump (haha) currently, he has been with us for 9 months and has been able to adapt to the job exceptionally well and eager to learn.
For all our field work, we have service equipment including trencher, excavator, mini trencher for garden irrigation and smaller jobs. We also offer water tank delivery from small tanks to tanks up to 22,500 litres (free delivery – conditions apply).
Donna our purchasing officer ordered a large amount of stock prior to Christmas so the retail shop is well stocked with poly pipe, fittings, water pumps, hoses and the list goes on. As we turn our focus to the fire season – Plan, Act & Survive we want to ensure our customers are well prepared. It’s important to have all your firefighting equipment so your fire ready in the unfortunate event of fire.
Our sales staff in the Shop have been very busy, Donna, Trent (who also supports Tom in the workshop and is flexible to help out where required) Emily (our efficient office manager not only manages our administration, also offers customers assistance when needed), and myself are all here to help with your water solutions in 2023.
Regards Denis Foley
