Welcome to our March newsletter.
A lot of our installations over the past couple of years have been solar pumps on dams, bores and creeks. Until now there have been really no entry level, high end submersible pumps but last month Lorentz introduced the S1-200. In addition to about thirty pumps in the existing solar range, Lorentz Solar from Germany have introduced a plug and play model that has the capacity to pump to 40 m and at zero lift, 27,000 litres a day. Note the trade- off of course, and at 40 m you get about 5000 litres a day.
By plug and play we mean it can be installed by the customer and really it is just needs to be plugged in and it will pump water. The kit comes with a pump, controller, panel and panel stand. It is compact (and light) and can be a permanent installation or moved every day to a new application if required. The controller is accessed through an app which gives you ease of use to set parameters (say daily pumping targets). It also monitors performance over time.
We stock Lorentz solar pumps because of the quality of the product, their reliability and operating efficiency. The addition of the S1-200 should open up a new market for solar.
We have one set up in store and staff to talk to you about this or any product in the water sector.
All the very best,
Regards Jack
